Book Pairing Charcuterie Boards!

This month we are exploring nonfiction texts in a variety of formats. Picture books, informational texts, websites, and news articles. Both nonfiction and fiction books can lead us to discover new information when we learn how to ask questions about what we read. Students are using their critical thinking skills to develop questions about they read and seek additional resources to answer those questions.

Fourth graders are pairing the picture book they selected with nonfiction books to create a “charcuterie board” of information!
